The truth about information on the web

Looking for all that research for your paper can seem like an easy job, but how do you know that the research that you come across is real? In the past I have needed to look up many things using the web witch today most of the things we do consist of using the web to find the information we need. I have come across so many different and weird information for something that I knew that what I found couldn't be right. Today so many people put out so many things on trying to get people to believe what they want them to that there is not much information that tells the truth. In order to find a good information site, I would make sure it wasn't based from a school or student. I would then make sure the information was from source that could be trusted they gave many areas were the web site got the information. However no matter if you think the site tells the truth you can never be 100% sure, sometimes it works best if you go back to the old way of looking things up in books.

Art

Over the week I looked at many different types of art such as paintings. Some of the paintings made your mind work to understand what the artiest wanted you to see in their picture and others told you with out having to think much about what the painting was. But both of these types of pictures sell to people for large amounts of money even if the painting looked as if a two year old did it. I don't think that this is overpriced but this is what a person wanted to let other people to see, maybe just paper splashed with paint or a bowl full of colored paper, this is all art that someone imagined and that no one else could see only if it was made into art. So I think that if you do see a piece of art and say a two year old could have made it, that's not true because its not the same art that was imaged by someone.
